I started this blog as a way of openly documenting my practice with Yoga. It started as a basic reflection following each practice, however it has grown fairly quickly into a documentary on my Journey with Yoga in practice and in life.
I have been practicing yoga for 2 1/2 years now and started as a way to manage stress. I quickly realised the further benefits to regular practice, including a connection to my body through movement and asana, confidence, balance, motivation and of course it has brought me alignment with my life's purpose. I hope that by following this blog, people can enjoy the aspects of this journey I chose to share, and be inspired to take up their own spiritual journey.
