The Peace of Yoga

Having re-energised my practice with the introduction of a Sadhana routine, I had the chance this morning to reconnect with peaceful aspect of yoga and be reminded of the need to balance the energy and dynamics of practice with settling into the body and resting of the breath. Over the course of yesterday and today, I can feel this balance returning not only to my practice but also in my life.

It seems strange that I had forgotten something so fundamental to the practice of yoga and the practice of life. I am grateful that I have such wonderful teachers in my life at the moment, that I can consistently refocus practice and study.
